whats up with hostcheap.com support?

Hi, new user here and hoping someone might be able to help. I’ve been hosting with hostcheap.com for years, maybe a decade, and support was always good, but recently last few months my tickets dont get answered at all, and now all the FTP services are down and have been down for days, and of course now support doesnt anwer any questions about it. The host is still up and charging fees to me, but seems support is MIA. Anyone know anything about this? I thought I’d ask around before I have a look at new hosting providers.

Whatever is going on doesn’t sound good, so make sure you have a full account backup downloaded and ready in the event you need to make a sudden move to another provider.

No clue what’s going on with them, but just know that invoicing/billing is automated. Being sent an invoicd doesn’t mean their staff members are still around/still care. Take backups while you still can.
